This page explains what we collect, why, and how to request deletion. We keep as little as we can.
Your email address if you subscribe to our repair bulletins. Any notes or photos you submit through our contact form. Basic technical data: your browser type, pages visited, and whether you're asking about a wristwatch or clock repair.
We use a few cookies to save your preferences and track visits—nothing more. You can clear or block them in your browser settings at any time.
We do not sell your details to anyone and we do not share them with advertisers. Only a handful of trusted providers handle our email delivery and server hosting.
Your timepieces and their service records are kept secure in our workshop archives, accessible only to our master craftsmen and certified repair technicians.
You can request that we stop all communications at any time, and ask to review, correct, or remove any information we hold about your watches and repairs.
If we make changes, we'll post them here and update the date at the top of this page.
